Membership


​We are always happy to welcome new members to our pony club. If you would like to join, please email us a little bit about yourself/your child to whitfordponyclub@gmail.com. All memberships need to be approved by committee who meet once a month.
Once membership is approved; The New Zealand Pony Club Association requires all Pony Club members to be signed up to their national database Nominate, the link to sign up to this can be found here . We will give you further instructions on this once/if membership is approved. 
You my wish to apply for membership by filling in the hard copy of the Whitford Pony Club and the NZ Pony Club Association forms below however this is no longer a requirement as you will need to duplicate this information when you sign onto Nominate.  
You are also more than welcome to come along to one of our rally days to see what we are all about.  

N.B The Pony Club season runs from September 1st to August 31st - All memberships are due for renewal in September regardless of when you join in the season.
